鸽哨 — gēshào

1. a small whistle attached to a homing pigeon’s leg or harness that makes a chirping/whistling sound when the bird flies; (by extension) the sound made by such a device

2. a hand-held whistle used to imitate pigeon calls (used by pigeon fanciers or trainers)
