   这里的风光非常美。 zhèlǐ de fēngguāng fēicháng měi — The scenery here is very beautiful.

2. to be well-regarded; to enjoy prestige or prominence

   他这次升职后在同行里很风光。 tā zhècì shēngzhí hòu zài tóngháng lǐ hěn fēngguāng — After this promotion, he enjoys great prestige among his peers.

3. to be well-off; prosperous; having a grand life

   他们现在很风光，买了新房又买了车。 tāmen xiànzài hěn fēngguāng mǎi le xīnfáng yòu mǎi le chē — They're well-off now — bought a new house and a car.

4. grand; impressive (dialect/colloquial)

   那场婚礼办得很风光。 nàchǎng hūnlǐ bàn dé hěn fēngguāng — That wedding was held very grandly/impressively.
