2. an inscription (poem, dedication, autograph written on something)

   这幅书法的题字很有名，许多人前来观赏。 zhèfú shūfǎ de tízì hěn yǒumíng xǔduō rén qiánlái guānshǎng — The inscription on this calligraphy piece is famous; many people come to see it.
