1. impolite

   你这样说话很非礼。 nǐ zhèyàng shuōhuà hěn fēilǐ — Saying that is very impolite.

2. impropriety; rude or improper act

   她在地铁上遭到陌生人非礼，立刻报了警。 tā zài dìtiě shàng zāodào mòshēngrén fēilǐ lìkè bào le jǐng — She was molested by a stranger on the subway and immediately called the police.

3. to sexually harass; to molest

   他被指控在地铁上非礼乘客。 tā bèi zhǐkòng zài dìtiě shàng fēilǐ chéngkè — He was accused of sexually harassing passengers on the subway.
