雨前 — yǔqián

1. before the rain; at a time prior to rainfall

   我们约好在雨前回家。 wǒmen yuē hǎo zài yǔqián huíjiā — We agreed to return home before the rain.

2. a grade/type of tea picked before the Grain Rain or before seasonal rains ("yuqian tea")

   这种雨前茶非常鲜爽，叶色翠绿。 zhèzhǒng yǔqiánchá fēicháng xiānshuǎng yèsè cuìlǜ — This yuqian tea is very fresh and the leaves are bright green.
