防暑 — fángshǔ

   夏天出门要注意防暑，多喝水，避开午间强阳光。 xiàtiān chūmén yào zhùyì fángshǔ duōhēshuǐ bìkāi wǔjiān qiáng yángguāng — In summer when going out you should guard against heat: drink more water and avoid strong midday sun.
