1. iron mouth; someone who speaks bluntly and stubbornly, rarely admits being wrong

2. a person who makes confident predictions (often used jokingly)

   他在彩票上下注，被朋友们戏称为铁嘴。 tā zài cǎipiào shàng xiàzhù bèi péngyǒu men xìchēng wéi tiězuǐ — He bets on the lottery and his friends jokingly call him an 'iron mouth'.
