   我们要重头开始。 wǒmen yào chóngtóu kāishǐ — We need to start over from the beginning.

2. (in poetry and song) repetition of a melody or rhythm; reprise

   这首歌在表演时会重头再来一次。 zhè shǒugē zài biǎoyǎn shíhuì chóngtóu zàilái yīcì — During the performance this song will have a reprise.
