近景 — jìnjǐng

   窗外的近景是一片绿树。 chuāngwài de jìnjǐng shì yīpiàn lǜshù — The foreground outside the window is a patch of green trees.

2. (photography) a close shot

   导演要求在这一幕用一个近景来捕捉表情。 dǎoyǎn yāoqiú zài zhè yímù yòng yígè jìnjǐng lái bǔzhuō biǎoqíng — The director asked for a close shot in this scene to capture the expression.
