1. to post (an accounting entry); to record a transaction in the accounts

   会计把发票的金额过账到了本月的账簿上。 kuàijì bǎ fāpiào de jīné guòzhàng dào le běnyuè de zhàngbù shàng — The accountant posted the invoice amount to this month's ledger.

2. to transfer (a charge) to an account; to bill to an account

   酒店把客人的消费过账到公司账户，月底再统一结算。 jiǔdiàn bǎ kèrén de xiāofèi guòzhàng dào gōngsī zhànghù yuèdǐ zài tǒngyī jiésuàn — The hotel charged the guest's expenses to the company account and will settle them at the end of the month.
