   他把货物转运到上海港。 tā bǎ huòwù zhuǎnyùn dào shànghǎigǎng — He forwarded/transshipped the goods to Shanghai port.

2. to have one's luck turn for the better; to experience a change of fortune

   最近他的运气转运了，找到了一份好工作。 zuìjìn tā de yùnqì zhuǎnyùn le zhǎodào le yīfèn hǎo gōngzuò — Recently his luck turned and he found a good job.
