转圈 — zhuànquān

1. to rotate; to twirl; to run or move in a circle; to encircle; rotation

   孩子们在公园里转圈玩。 háizi men zài gōngyuán lǐ zhuànquān wán — The children are twirling around in the park.

2. (colloquial) to speak indirectly; to beat about the bush

   别再转圈了，直接说重点吧。 bié zài zhuànquān le zhíjiē shuō zhòngdiǎn ba — Stop beating around the bush and get to the point.
