转 — zhuǎn

1. to turn; to change direction

   开到下一个路口右转。 kāidào xià yígè lùkǒu yòuzhuǎn — Turn right at the next intersection.

2. to transfer; to hand over; to pass (something) to another person

   请把电话转给王经理。 qǐng bǎ diànhuà zhuǎngěi wángjīnglǐ — Please transfer the call to Manager Wang.

3. to forward (mail); (Internet) to repost/share someone else's content

   他把那条微博转了很多次。 tā bǎ nàtiáo wēi bó zhuǎn le hěn duōcì — He reposted that Weibo post many times.

转 — zhuàn

1. to revolve; to rotate; to circle around

   地球绕太阳转。 dìqiú rào tàiyáng zhuǎn — The Earth revolves around the Sun.

2. to walk about; to go around

   他喜欢在公园里转一圈。 tā xǐhuān zài gōngyuán lǐ zhuǎn yīquān — He likes to take a walk around the park.

3. classifier for revolutions (e.g., revs per minute), also used for counts of repeated actions

   发动机转速为三千转每分钟。 fādòngjī zhuànsù wèi sānqiān zhuǎn měifēnzhōng — The engine speed is 3,000 rpm.

转 — zhuǎi

1. used in 转文 (zhuǎiwén): to use overly bookish or pedantic language

   他说话爱转文，喜欢用些生僻的词语。 tā shuōhuà ài zhuǎiwén xǐhuān yòng xiē shēngpì de cíyǔ — He likes to use pedantic language, favoring obscure vocabulary when he speaks.
