2. rider (in a motorcycle or bicycle race)

3. (Taiwan, colloquial) low-level operative in a scam syndicate

   警方逮捕了几个涉嫌在电话诈骗中担任车手的嫌疑人。 jǐngfāng dàibǔ le jǐgè shèxián zài diànhuà zhàpiàn zhōng dānrèn chēshǒu de xiányírén — The police arrested several suspects suspected of acting as low-level operatives in the phone scam.
