躬身 — gōngshēn

1. to bow; to bend one's body as a sign of respect

   他向长者躬身致意。 tā xiàng zhǎngzhě gōngshēn zhìyì — He bowed to the elder.

2. to do something personally; to handle in person

   这件事我会躬身处理。 zhèjiàn shì wǒhuì gōngshēn chǔlǐ — I will handle this matter personally.
