1. to throb; to pulse (e.g. heartbeat, pain)

   我的心在胸口不停地跳动。 wǒ de xīn zài xiōngkǒu bùtíng dì tiàodòng — My heart keeps pounding in my chest.

2. to bounce; to jiggle; to jump about (movement of objects or people)

   球在地上不停地跳动。 qiú zài dìshàng bùtíng dì tiàodòng — The ball kept bouncing on the ground.
