走路 — zǒulù

1. to walk; to go on foot

   每天我走路去学校。 měitiān wǒ zǒulù qù xuéxiào — I walk to school every day.

2. to leave; to depart

   他生气地说完，转身就走路了。 tā shēngqì dì shuōwán zhuǎnshēn jiù zǒulù le — He spoke angrily and then turned and left.

3. (informal) to clear off; to beat it

   别惹他，快走路！ bié rě tā kuài zǒulù — Don't bother him, beat it!

4. (of someone fired or who resigns) to leave the job; to get out

   公司重组后很多人走路了。 gōngsī chóngzǔ hòu hěnduō rén zǒulù le — After the restructuring many people left (lost their jobs).
