走水

走水 — zǒushuǐ

1. to leak

   水管走水了，得修一修。 shuǐguǎn zǒushuǐ le dé xiūyīxiū — The water pipe is leaking and needs to be fixed.

2. to flow

   雨后山泉走水，溪流变得更急了。 yǔhòu shānquán zǒushuǐ xīliú biàndé gèng jí le — After the rain the spring started flowing and the stream grew swifter.

3. to catch on fire

   油锅突然走水，冒出火苗，幸好及时扑灭了。 yóuguō tūrán zǒushuǐ màochū huǒmiáo xìnghǎo jíshí pūmiè le — The frying pan suddenly caught fire, producing flames, but luckily it was extinguished in time.
