2. to analyze; to examine in detail (figurative)

3. anatomy (the study or structure of organisms)

   他在大学主修的是解剖学和生理学。 tā zài dàxué zhǔxiū de shì jiěpōuxué hé shēnglǐxué — He majored in anatomy and physiology at university.
