秘诀 — mìjué

1. secret know-how; a special technique or method

   他的烹饪秘诀是用新鲜香料。 tā de pēng rèn mì jué shì yòng xīn xiān xiāng liào 。 — His secret know-how for cooking is using fresh spices.

2. key (to longevity); the secret to a long life

   运动和均衡饮食被认为是长寿的秘诀。 yùn dòng hé jūn héng yǐn shí bèi rèn wéi shì cháng shòu de mì jué 。 — Exercise and a balanced diet are considered the keys to longevity.
