1. Daoist immortal; supernatural being (e.g. fairy, elf); mythological spirit

   古代神话里有很多神仙。 gǔdài shénhuà lǐ yǒu hěnduō shénxiān — There are many immortals in ancient myths.

2. fig. carefree, lighthearted person; someone seemingly untroubled or otherworldly

   他工作不紧张，总是一副神仙样儿。 tā gōngzuò bù jǐnzhāng zǒngshì yīfù shénxiān yàngér — He isn't stressed at work; he always acts like a carefree person.
