2. broken; fragmentary; scattered

   桌子上散落着许多碎玻璃。 zhuōzi shàng sànluò zhe xǔduō suìbōlí — Pieces of broken glass are scattered on the table.

3. garrulous; talkative (colloquial, somewhat literary/dated)

   这位老人有点儿嘴碎，话特别多。 zhèwèi lǎorén yǒudiǎnér zuǐsuì huà tèbié duō — This old man is a bit talkative; he has a lot to say.
