   他收藏了很多古玩。 tā shōucáng le hěnduō gǔwán — He has collected many antiques.

4. to keep something for entertainment (e.g., keep a pet or object 'to play with')

   他养了一只猫来玩。 tā yǎng le yīzhī māo lái wán — He kept a cat for amusement.
