热腾腾 — rèténgténg

1. steaming hot (temperature); piping hot

   汤端上来时还是热腾腾的，别烫到。 tāng duānshànglái shí háishì rèténgténg de bié tàng dào — The soup was still steaming hot when it was brought—be careful not to burn yourself.

2. bustling; hectic; full of activity (fig.)

   早市里人来人往，摊位前都是热腾腾的生意。 zǎo shìlǐ rénláirénwǎng tānwèi qián dōu shì rèténgténg de shēngyì — At the morning market people come and go; the stalls are doing bustling business.

3. freshly made / newly created; hot off the press; recently produced (fig., colloquial)

   他刚写完的文章还热腾腾，大家都在讨论。 tā gāng xiě wán de wénzhāng hái rèténgténg dàjiā dōu zài tǎolùn — His just-finished article is fresh off the press; everyone is talking about it.
