1. to march; to demonstrate (as part of a political protest)

   市民们昨天下午游行，抗议新政策。 shìmín men zuótiānxiàwǔ yóuxíng kàngyì xīn zhèngcè — Citizens marched yesterday afternoon to protest the new policy.

2. procession; parade; a march (as an event)

   新年游行从早上九点开始，吸引了很多游客观看。 xīnnián yóuxíng cóng zǎoshàng jiǔdiǎn kāishǐ xīyǐn le hěnduō yóukè guānkàn — The New Year parade started at 9 AM and attracted many tourists.

3. to travel around; to roam; to go on an outing

   他们打算骑车游行几个小镇。 tāmen dǎsuàn qíchē yóuxíng jǐgè xiǎozhèn — They plan to bike around and travel through a few small towns.
