2. to moisten; to lubricate

   开车前记得给门锁润一下。 kāichē qián jìde gěi ménsuǒ rùn yīxià — Remember to lubricate the door lock before driving.

3. to embellish; to enhance (a text, phrasing, appearance)

   编辑对文章的语言做了润色。 biānjí duì wénzhāng de yǔyán zuò le rùnsè — The editor polished (embellished) the article's language.

4. profit; remuneration (literary/archaic usage)

   此行可以有所润益。 cǐxíng kěyǐ yǒusuǒ rùn yì — This trip can bring some benefit/profit.

5. (slang, c.2021) to emigrate (esp. to leave a country to escape adverse conditions)
