1. to come to mind; to occur to (a thought or image)

   听到那首歌，我小时候的记忆又浮现出来了。 tīngdào nàshǒugē wǒ xiǎoshíhòu de jìyì yòu fúxiàn chūlái le — Hearing that song, memories from my childhood came back to mind.

2. to appear (on someone's face); to show (an expression, smile, etc.)

   听到这个好消息，他脸上立刻浮现出笑容。 tīngdào zhège hǎoxiāoxī tā liǎnshàng lìkè fúxiàn chū xiàoróng — On hearing the good news, a smile immediately appeared on his face.

3. to emerge; to come up (a problem, difficulty, etc.)

   在工程实施过程中，又浮现出一些技术问题需要解决。 zài gōngchéng shíshī guòchéng zhōng yòu fúxiàn chū yīxiē jìshù wèntí xūyào jiějué — During project implementation, some technical problems have emerged that need to be solved.
