浓缩 — nóngsuō

1. to concentrate; to condense (make denser, reduce volume)

   他把果汁浓缩成糖浆。 tā bǎ guǒzhī nóngsuō chéng tángjiāng — He concentrated the fruit juice into a syrup.

2. (nuclear) to enrich (increase concentration of fissile material)

   该设施用于铀同位素的浓缩。 gāi shèshī yòngyú yóu tóngwèisù de nóngsuō — The facility is used for the enrichment of uranium isotopes.

3. espresso (abbr. for 意式浓缩咖啡 | 意式濃縮咖啡)

   我想喝一杯浓缩。 wǒ xiǎng hēyībēi nóngsuō — I'd like an espresso.
