1. it's nothing; never mind; don't worry about it

   没事，不用担心。 méishì bùyòng dānxīn — It's nothing, don't worry.

2. to have nothing to do; to be free (of obligations)

   我明天没事，可以帮你搬家。 wǒ míngtiān méishì kěyǐ bāng nǐ bānjiā — I'm free tomorrow and can help you move.

3. to be all right; to be out of danger or trouble

   他出了车祸，但现在没事了。 tā chū le chēhuò dàn xiànzài méishì le — He was in a car accident, but now he's all right.
