1. appearance; looks; the way someone or something appears

   他看起来有点儿疲倦的模样。 tā kànqǐlái yǒudiǎnér píjuàn de múyàng — He looks a bit tired.

2. style; manner; the way of doing or presenting something (dress, behavior, etc.)

   她的穿衣模样很有个性。 tā de chuānyī múyàng hěn yǒu gèxìng — Her style of dress is very distinctive.

3. approximation; to look as if; to be about (used to indicate an estimated state or likely outcome)

   天色阴沉，看起来要下雨的模样。 tiānsè yīnchén kànqǐlái yào xiàyǔ de múyàng — The sky is gloomy — it looks like it's going to rain.
