2. fig. framework; template; conceptual framework or outline

   我们需要一个评估方案的框来指导后续工作。 wǒmen xūyào yígè pínggū fāngàn de kuāng lái zhǐdǎo hòuxù gōngzuò — We need a framework for evaluating the plan to guide follow-up work.

3. to circle (draw a circle around something)

4. to frame; to restrict; to confine (limit someone or something within bounds)
