2. pause; stoppage; time-out (e.g., in sports or media)

   比赛中裁判吹了暂停，双方换人休整。 bǐsài zhōng cáipàn chuī le zàntíng shuāngfāng huànrén xiūzhěng — The referee called a timeout during the game so both teams could make substitutions.
