1. morning and evening; at all times of day

   他每天早晚都去公园跑步。 tā měitiān zǎowǎn dōu qù gōngyuán pǎobù — He goes running in the park every morning and evening.

2. (in reference to something bound to happen) sooner or later; one of these days

   你早晚会明白的。 nǐ zǎowǎn huì míngbái de — You will understand sooner or later.

3. (coll.) a point of time; sometime

   他总会在某个早晚来找我们的。 tā zǒnghuì zài mǒugè zǎowǎn lái zhǎo wǒmen de — He will come looking for us at some point.

4. (dialect) at some time in the future

   他们说这个问题早晚会解决。 tāmen shuō zhège wèntí zǎowǎn huì jiějué — They said this problem would be solved sooner or later.
