1. to propose; to put forward (an idea, plan, motion)

   会议上他提出了一个新的计划。 huìyì shàng tā tíchū le yígè xīn de jìhuà — At the meeting he proposed a new plan.

2. to raise (an issue); to bring up (a topic for discussion)

   她在会上提出了安全方面的担忧。 tā zài huìshàng tíchū le ānquán fāngmiàn de dānyōu — She raised safety concerns at the meeting.

3. to post (content on a website or forum)

   他在网上提出了一个新帖子讨论这件事。 tā zài wǎngshàng tíchū le yígè xīn tiězi tǎolùn zhèjiàn shì — He posted a new thread online to discuss this matter.

4. to withdraw (cash)
