   他把握住了这个机会，不再犹豫。 tā bǎwòzhù le zhège jīhuì bùzài yóuyù — He seized the opportunity and didn’t hesitate.

2. assurance; certainty; confidence (that something will turn out as expected)

   我对这次面试很有把握，准备充分。 wǒ duì zhècì miànshì hěn yǒubǎwò zhǔnbèichōngfèn — I’m confident about this interview; I’m well prepared.
