1. strange; odd; uncanny; bewildering

   这里的气氛很怪，让人不安。 zhèlǐ de qìfēn hěn guài ràng rén bùān — The atmosphere here is strange and makes people uneasy.

2. devil; monster

   故事里说山里住着一种可怕的怪。 gùshì lǐ shuō shānlǐ zhù zhe yīzhǒng kěpà de guài — The story says a fearsome monster lives in the mountains.

3. to wonder at; to blame

   他常常被别人怪，因为做事与众不同。 tā chángcháng bèi biérén guài yīnwèi zuòshì yǔzhòngbùtóng — He is often blamed by others because he does things differently.
