忧虑 — yōulǜ

1. to worry; to be anxious (about)

   他为孩子的未来感到忧虑。 tā wèi háizi de wèilái gǎndào yōulǜ — He feels worried about his children's future.

2. anxiety; worry (a feeling of concern)

   经济衰退引起了广泛的忧虑。 jīngjìshuāituì yǐnqǐ le guǎngfàn de yōulǜ — The economic downturn has caused widespread anxiety.
