1. to feel flustered, nervous or panicky

   开会前我有点儿心慌，不知道能不能把材料讲清楚。 kāihuì qián wǒ yǒudiǎnér xīnhuāng bùzhī dào néng bùnéng bǎ cáiliào jiǎngqīngchǔ — I felt a bit flustered before the meeting; I wasn't sure I could present the material clearly.

2. (dialect) irregular or palpitating heartbeat

   老人常说饭后心慌，是消化不好的征兆。 lǎorén cháng shuō fànhòu xīnhuāng shì xiāohuà bùhǎo de zhēngzhào — Elderly people often say they get palpitations after meals; it's a sign of poor digestion.
