2. pay, salary, compensation or benefits (money/terms received for work)

   这份工作的待遇很好，还有年终奖金。 zhèfèn gōngzuò de dàiyù hěn hǎo háiyǒu niánzhōngjiǎngjīn — This job pays well and also has a year‑end bonus.

3. status or rank (social or organizational standing reflected in how someone is treated)

   在这个社会里，出身不同决定了人们的待遇和地位。 zài zhège shèhuì lǐ chūshēn bùtóng juédìng le rénmen de dàiyù hé dìwèi — In this society, different backgrounds determine people's treatment and status.
