安置 — ānzhì

1. to find a place for; to arrange for; to settle (someone) in a place

   公司负责安置下岗职工，安排再就业培训。 gōngsī fùzé ānzhì xiàgǎngzhígōng ānpái zài jiùyè péixùn — The company is responsible for placing laid-off workers and arranging retraining for employment.

2. to put (someone) to bed; to settle (someone) comfortably in bed

   护士把病人安置到病床上，盖好被子。 hùshì bǎ bìngrén ānzhì dào bìngchuáng shàng gài hǎo bèizi — The nurse helped the patient into bed and tucked in the quilt.
