   听了他的解释，我心里很安心。 tīng le tā de jiěshì wǒ xīnlǐ hěn ānxīn — After hearing his explanation, I felt at ease.

2. to feel relieved; to set one's mind at rest; to be free to concentrate on something

   他把孩子交给爷爷，才能安心工作。 tā bǎ háizi jiāogěi yéyé cáinéng ānxīn gōngzuò — He can only work at ease after leaving the child with his grandfather.
