孝顺 — xiàoshùn

1. filial; dutiful to one's parents or elders; showing filial piety

   他很孝顺，经常回家看望父母。 tā hěn xiàoshùn jīngcháng huíjiā kànwàng fùmǔ — He is very filial; he often goes home to visit his parents.

2. to be dutiful/filial to one's parents or elders; to show filial piety

   孩子们都应该孝顺父母。 háizi men dōu yīnggāi xiàoshùnfùmǔ — Children should all be filial to their parents.
