大方 — dàfang

1. generous; magnanimous; liberal with money or praise

   他对朋友很大方，常常请大家吃饭。 tā duì péngyǒu hěn dàfāng chángcháng qǐng dàjiā chīfàn — He is very generous with friends and often treats everyone to meals.

2. stylish; in good taste; natural and easy-mannered

   她穿得很大方，不需要太多装饰也很吸引人。 tā chuān dé hěn dàfāng bù xūyào tàiduō zhuāngshì yě hěn xīyǐn rén — She dresses stylishly; she attracts attention without much ornamentation.

3. natural and relaxed in manner; easygoing

   他在人前很大方，不会紧张也不做作。 tā zài rén qián hěn dàfāng búhuì jǐnzhāng yě bù zuòzuò — He is natural and relaxed in front of people; not nervous or affected.

   在书法界，他被尊为一位大方，无人不敬。 zài shūfǎ jiè tā bèi zūnwèi yīwèi dàfāng wúrén bùjìng — In calligraphy circles, he is revered as an expert; everyone respects him.
