1. father's elder brother's wife (paternal aunt by marriage)

   我大妈今年七十岁了，经常来我们家吃饭。 wǒ dàmā jīnnián qīshísuì le jīngcháng lái wǒmen jiā chīfàn — My father's elder brother's wife is 70 this year and often comes to our house for meals.

2. aunt; (affectionate/informal) older woman or 'auntie' (used to address or refer to an older woman)

   那位在菜市场卖水果的大妈人很好，常常给我们打折。 nàwèi zài càishìchǎng mài shuǐguǒ de dàmā rén hěn hǎo chángcháng gěi wǒmen dǎzhé — That auntie who sells fruit at the market is very nice and often gives us a discount.
