   清明节那天我们去扫坟。 qīngmíngjié nàtiān wǒmen qù sǎofén — We go to tend the graves on Tomb-Sweeping Day.

2. embankment; mound

   田地附近堆着一排小坟，用来防水。 tiándì fùjìn duī zhe yīpái xiǎo fén yònglái fángshuǐ — There is a row of small embankments near the fields to block water.

3. ancient book

   他熟读三坟五典，学问深厚。 tā shúdú sānfénwǔdiǎn xuéwèn shēnhòu — He is well-versed in the Three Fen and Five Dian, with profound learning.
