1. to turn (one's) head; to turn round

   她听到有人叫她的名字，立刻回头看去。 tā tīngdào yǒurén jiào tā de míngzì lìkè huítóu kànqù — She heard someone call her name and immediately turned her head to look.

2. later; shortly; by and by

   你先忙你的事情，回头我再来找你。 nǐ xiān máng nǐ de shìqíng huítóu wǒ zàilái zhǎo nǐ — You handle your own things first; I'll come find you later.
