1. simply; just; only (focus on one thing, disregard other concerns)

   你只管做你的事，别管别人怎么说。 nǐ zhǐguǎn zuò nǐ de shì biéguǎn biérén zěnme shuō — Just do your own thing; don't worry about what others say.

2. please feel free; by all means; do not hesitate (to do or ask for something)

   有问题就只管问我。 yǒu wèntí jiù zhǐguǎn wèn wǒ — If you have questions, just ask me (don't hesitate).
