   我会把报告传真给你。 wǒhuì bǎ bàogào chuánzhēn gěi nǐ — I'll fax the report to you.

2. a fax (a document received or sent by fax)

   他刚收到一份传真。 tā gāng shōudào yīfèn chuánzhēn — He just received a fax.

3. (literary) to portray vividly in painting

   画家用浓重的笔触把山川传真出来。 huàjiā yòng nóngzhòng de bǐchù bǎ shānchuān chuánzhēn chūlái — The painter used heavy strokes to portray the mountains vividly.
