   会意字是汉字六书之一，用两个或多个部分组合表意。 huìyìzì shì hànzì liùshū zhīyī yòng liǎnggè huò duōgè bùfèn zǔhé biǎoyì — Huìyì characters are one of the Six Methods of Chinese character formation; they combine two or more parts to express meaning.

2. to understand/comprehend intuitively; to cotton on; to get the idea (often without explicit explanation); to exchange a knowing look or smile
