   公司采取两手策略，既节约成本又提高质量。 gōngsī cǎiqǔ liǎngshǒu cèlüè jì jiéyuē chéngběn yòu tígāozhìliàng — The company adopts a two-pronged strategy: saving costs while improving quality.
